Seatruck Ferries is a UK-based company which offers Irish sea freight-ferry only services, with circa 70 sailings per week, across 3 routes (Liverpool-Dublin, Heysham-Dublin, Heysham-Warrenpoint) and 4 ports (Liverpool, Heysham, Dublin, Warrenpoint). There are currently approximately 500 employees across sea and shore, with extra manpower from several contractors.

Liaising with customers processing bookings
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Process customer booking requests by phone and email
2. Contacting customers daily to promote ferry space
3. Encourage full use of Seatruck’s online booking system ‘My Seatruck’ and its benefits
4. Maintain a close working relationship with the Operations Department
5. Report back on customer booking utilisation and trends
6. Assist in resolving account queries
7. Investigate and resolve customer complaints
8. Learn how to use Seatruck systems and help customers with online requests
9. Work as part of a team to promote all Seatruck ferry routes
10. Carry out any other reasonable request ensuring Company policies and procedures are always followed
