TRADING CONDITIONS
Freight Link Solutions Limited are acting as an agent for Seatruck Ferries Limited.
All business is transacted in line with Seatruck Ferries Limited’s Conditions of Carriage.
By making a booking you agree that all vehicles booked are as specified. Misdeclaration of vehicle or passenger information may result in additional charges being raised, and may result in vehicles not being permitted to travel upon arrival at port.
We have no operational control over ferry crossings and cancellations and schedule changes may occur at short notice. We will endeavour to advise you of any changes with as much notice as possible.
Payments processed via our website will appear on your statement as “Freightlink Solutions”.
AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
With effect from 1st January 2017 passengers are entitled to make 1 free amendment to your booking, provided this is made at least 24 hours before departure. Any subsequent amendments will be charged at £15/€20. Amendments made less than 24 hours before departure are classed as late cancellations. However, any bookings which are amended from an original booking will be subject to the charge applicable to the new crossing. If this price is higher we will be due to be paid the difference. If this price is lower you have the right to obtain a credit.
Any bookings cancelled more than 2 weeks before sailing will be entitled to a full refund, minus £15/€20 administration fee per vehicle, per crossing.
Any bookings cancelled less than 2 weeks before sailing will be entitled to a 50% refund.
Any vehicle booked to travel which is not cancelled and does not turn up to travel shall not be eligible for a refund. In the case of vehicles which do not arrive in time for a crossing and then wish to book a new ticket the full value of the new ticket will be due to be paid.
We are unable to hold any money on account for use for a future booking.
